I've been at the Museum sooooo long - longer than many of our interns have been alive. I do a little bit of everything as part of my job: care for the animals, work with the keepers and other staff, spend time with guests. Lucky me!
I spend a lot of time behind-the-scenes, or here after hours, but if you really want to see me, you'll have to sign-up for a behind-the-scenes program.

QuikPost: new wolf is here

November 12th, 2012

I drove almost 1000 miles last week to get our new male wolf, 1414. He’s 7 years old, over 70 pounds,¬†and he’s sired pups for the past three years at the Miller Park Zoo. We’re hoping that he and our female (1287) will have pups together this spring. We’ll share photos of him soon.

Jonathan and Jay arrived and we made the transfer from their van to my van in the parking lot of a La Quinta Inn in Columbus Ohio.
