I've been at the Museum sooooo long - longer than many of our interns have been alive. I do a little bit of everything as part of my job: care for the animals, work with the keepers and other staff, spend time with guests. Lucky me!
I spend a lot of time behind-the-scenes, or here after hours, but if you really want to see me, you'll have to sign-up for a behind-the-scenes program.

Quiz: Any ideas?

March 26th, 2013

The Keepers and Interns walked in to find the following on the dry erase board. Any ideas?

Some knew exactly what it was, while others (Jamie in particular) seemed a bit concerned. And, after I updated it, it looked like this:

I often draw on the boards and my skill at drawing is limited at best. See another drawing of mine.

  2. I think our intern Jamie’s response was my favorite: “Why is my name circled? Are you guys going to put me in a cage!?!”

Intern Jessica assumed she wasn’t inlcuded…

It’s hard to tell from the drawing, but this is the wolf yard (Jamie is on top of the dens, Katy and Aaron are high on the cliff).
If we think we are going into the wolf yard to catch wolves up I draw on the board people’s positions and which way they might move.
Jessica was going to work the drop gate.
